The laborer and the cat

The pure, white cat looks at the man and the man looks at the cat. Stretching its four paws out to the blue, endless sky, the cat tans its pure, white underside. The man laughs at the cat for being so lazy and good-for-nothing on a warm day like this, and returns to his chores-at-hand. The cat purrs and mew as if in scorn at the man who left, as if mocking him chasing the things in his sight - endless targets one after another in his hectic life.

And so I look upon them as they look upon me, for we are but one, and but one to us all.
